How is Reattend different from Glean or Notion?

There is also a $9 per month single-user plan, and Reattend is free forever if you connect your own AI provider key. Government and on-premise deployments are custom-quoted. Team plans start with a 15-day free trial, the single-user plan with 7 days, and neither asks for a card.

How does Reattend prevent organizational amnesia?

Reattend captures decisions with their full rationale, runs structured exit interviews when employees offboard, transfers knowledge to organizational roles rather than individuals, and uses a time-machine view to let you see exactly what the organization knew at any point in the past. The Weekly Audit feature scores your knowledge health and tells you exactly what is going stale.

What is Reattend's compliance posture?

Reattend ships with a hash-chained WORM audit log, record-level RBAC enforced before retrieval, and GDPR self-export and erasure built in. Data is stored in a single US region today; dedicated regional and on-premise deployments are available for government and regulated engagements. SOC 2 is on the roadmap and will be pursued alongside the first regulated customer engagement that requires it. Can Reattend run on-premise or air-gapped?

What gets captured

Messages from monitored channels appear in the inbox with a Slack source badge. Thread replies are grouped together. The AI processes them into structured memories.
