Setup

Go to Integrations in the sidebar.
Find Gmail and click Connect.
Sign in with your Google account and grant permissions.
Choose which labels or filters to sync (optional).

What gets captured

Emails matching your sync criteria appear in the inbox with a Gmail source badge. The AI processes them like any other inbox item - classifying, enriching, and creating memories.

Managing the connection

Go to Integrations to refresh the sync, change settings, or disconnect Gmail entirely. Disconnecting does not delete previously captured memories.
