Does Reattend train its model on our data?

Never. We use managed frontier AI models with zero-retention API agreements, and we do not fine-tune on your data. Your memory is single-tenant; nothing leaves your tenant for training.

Where is data stored, and who can see it?

EU or US tenancy of your choice. RBAC-gated at the record level - the model never sees memories the asker can't see. Every retrieval is logged and auditable.

What happens to memory when an employee leaves?

Their personal scratchpad is purged on their offboarding day. Their contributions to org memory - decisions, threads, docs - stay where they belong: with the org.

How does the Chrome extension handle private tabs?

It doesn't observe them. Period. Personal Gmail, personal Notion, anything outside the workspaces you've explicitly allow-listed is invisible to Reattend.

Can I deploy on-premise or in an air-gapped environment?

On the roadmap for our first regulated customer. The cloud product runs in EU or US tenancy today; on-premise and air-gapped deployment ship alongside the first government engagement that requires it. Talk to us if that's you.

How long does setup take?

Most teams are running by end of day. Connect your sources, let the indexer warm up overnight, and your org graph is ready by Friday.
