What does "bring your own key" actually mean?+
You add an API key from Anthropic, OpenAI, or Gemini in Settings, and Reattend uses it to answer questions and structure your memory. The key is encrypted at rest and never touches our budget - your usage, your bill, directly from the provider.
On Managed, do employees ever see the AI key?+
No. The org admin sets the key once, under Control Room → API keys, along with a monthly rate limit. Employees just use Reattend - the key section doesn't appear anywhere in their account settings.
Is there a free trial on Managed?+
Managed is scoped per organization - team size, deployment shape, and rollout plan all factor in.
Talk to sales and we'll figure out a pilot that fits.
Can I move from Free to Managed later?+
Yes. Your memory, decisions, and connections carry over - nothing is re-indexed or lost. An admin just adds the org's managed key and everyone's account picks it up automatically.
What if I want on-premise or air-gapped deployment?+
That's the Government tier - single-tenant or fully air-gapped, with a trainer dispatched to scan and onboard existing paper records via OCR. Common for public-sector and regulated-industry buyers.
Talk to sales and we'll scope it together.
How does support work on Free vs. Managed?+
Free gets email support, typically within 3 business days. Managed gets same-business-day support plus a shared Slack channel with our team.
