Do I need an account to start?+
No. Download the app, open it and start. You only make an account when you decide to subscribe.
When does the 15-day free trial start?+
On the day you install the app. Everything is switched on for the whole 15 days, with no account and no card.
What happens after 15 days?+
Choose how the app runs its AI and subscribe at reattend.com: Rabbit $15, managed AI $29 or your own key $9 a month. The app then renews its key by itself, so you never have to come back to the website.
Where does my memory live?+
On your computer. With Rabbit the AI runs on your own machine too, and nothing leaves it for the AI. With managed AI or your own key, the text being written up or asked about goes to that AI for that moment; your memory itself stays with you.
Do I need my own AI key?+
No. Rabbit comes with the app and managed AI is run by us. Your own OpenAI or Anthropic key is there if you would rather put the AI on your own provider bill; it stays in the app.
Is there a yearly price?+
Yes: Rabbit $144, managed AI $278 or your own key $86 a year, about 20% off. Cancel any time.
